Quality Inn Albany Colonie

The hotel wasn’t the easiest to find off of the main road but it was a decent stay. We were only staying one night so we didn’t need a lot of amenities. My husband wished the tv was upgraded in tech and size and we hoped for a little more options for the continental breakfast but the kids were happy to make themselves waffles. That’s always a hit with the kids. The staff were pleasant and friendly and it was a pretty quiet stay. No elevator but it’s only 2 floors and the staircase was wide and open and not steep so that wasn’t an issue. This hotel could use some upgrades but overall, if we were to visit the area again, it’s likely that we would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was very clean. This was a last minute stop after driving a 35ft RV all day. We don't sleep well in truck stops and were too late to get a campground. Staff not only allowed us to park the RV (with the car) under security lights, they also gave us a room with a window view of our "home on wheels" so Grumpy felt better. Thank you for a peaceful night!

My experiences at this establishment over the past week have consistently been positive. Karina at the front desk has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy.

I liked my stay but the short janitor tried to burst through my door at 9am for no reason at all when check out is at 11. I let the front desk know . Waiting for a manager to contact me . His behavior is beyond me and is scary especially being a women .

One of the most comfy motel beds I've slept in. I did not want to wake up. Rooms are decent and there is a pool

We had two large adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean and had a fridge, tv and one had a sink. There were seven of us and plenty of room. We used the pool which was quite large and the kids enjoyed it. Every person we encountered who worked there was very nice. We could easily walk to the attractions.

Very nice rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location and an indoor pool. Would recommend this place. We have the room booked until next Thursday, so far no complaints at all. Breakfast is the fast food type but easy and quick for on the go. Pretty decent coffee served in a dispenser all day. Would stay here again. Price was main reason for choosing. For the comfort of the beds and fluffy pillows a big plus.

The pool needs some love. The rooms were incredibly clean and very nice. The hotel itself was not. Very dirty in the main areas. The pool needs some love. It's very small and the pool room is so loud it's not enjoyable. We only had 3 children there and it was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk! Breakfast is not great. They only have a waffle maker and when things are out they do not bring out more. The staff is wonderful!
